FAQs

Q. Can I book Clock Tower Three & Four as one unit?
Yes, that's the benefit of a huge, dividable venue. The concertina walls allow for a wide combination of room sizes, ranging from a single unit to the entire facility.

Q. The floor-to-ceiling sizes range from 3.7m to 6.1m. How much of the ceiling is at low level?
Only a tiny percentage around the edges, so it can't interfere with exhibition/conference backdrops.

Q. How obtrusive is the serving of food in this venue?
Our very efficient serving staff have the benefit of a servery unit built into the facility which ensures a slick, unobtrusive operation.

Q. There's a camera unit mentioned in the features, what's this?
A series of remotely controlled cameras operated via a handset, which allows speakers to focus on any part of the room and show their images on the three motorised screens. It's great for mixing between the speaker and audience reactions.

Q. Can I use my own staging?
Although we do have a built-in stage in unit two which has performer's dressing room to the rear, the front section of the stage is tractable, thus making the staging unobtrusive and standardising the overall room shape. So, yes, it's easy to set up staging wherever you require.
